Gilgamesh P. 47-65

"There they established that there is life and death. The day of death is now set, though not made known".

I think the person who wrote this quote is very wise and most importantly is : CORRECT. It tells that even though we all know we are going to die, we dont exactly know when. There are two theories: one says that destiny is written and is simply ment to be. Therefore no one can change it. But also they say that life goes with the "flow". And things just tend to happen as you mature and evolve. I incline more towards this option. If (for example) at the beginning of your life you are an evil human being who harms others and does not follow rules then, afterwards you are gonna get bad consequences. But if in the course of your life you realize what you have done and regret what youve done maybe it will get better.

Destiny is something fascinating. Its not a typical story which we already know the ending of, but it is uncertain. The only thing we know for shure in our lives is that they will end, and we will die. What we dont know is when, how, and where...

Although i think your point is clear, I don't see any textual analysis. This text is filled with important aphorisms. You barely look at them
